HK artist is infringed on portrait rights


     Hong Kong artist "Nick Cheung Ka Fai" recently issued a statement on his Weibo account that a video game used his portrait for advertising, and the video game and related companies did not get the consent of Cheung Ka Fai and his company.

     In February 2018, Nick Cheung Ka Fai terminated the image endorsement work of a game development company. At present, he has not advertised with any game. Therefore, a statement is issued and the other party is required to immediately stop the infringement.
