Hong Kong's global pharmaceutical drugs "Ricqles", have registered trademark in Hong Kong and Macao, However, in the China, because of Jiangxi exterprise registered China trademark "Ricqles" the first in 1999, so the "Ricqles" enter the China in June last year, forced renamed "Li Jia mint water."  Yesterday (January 4), Hong Kong held a press conference on global medicine in Beijing, referring to  Jiangxi Ricqles Pharmaceutical Co. has taked action in court, accused of "Li Jia mint water" packaging violated the stereoscopic trademark of Jiangxi Ricqles Pharmaceutical Co. and "Li Jia mint water" cited "Ricqles" trademark Historical Origin of text in the publicity that would constitute unfair competition.

Faced with allegations of infringement, General Manager, Global Pharmaceutical Director Hong Kong said that for the first suspected Jiangxi Ricqles's  registered trademarks, malicious prosecution against commercial order of such behavior would firmly say.
